MISS FAE HAMMOND BURNED TO DEATH
Miss Fae Hammond was burned to death Tuesday. She was teaching the Tadpole school about 12 miles northwest of Severy. The people with whom she boarded had gone away from home and she attempted to light the gasoline stove and the stove exploded. Her hair caught fire and as she rushed from the house her clothing caught. She was found out in the yard upon return of the family still alive. Physicians were sent for but she was so badly burned that she died early yesterday morning The funeral will be held this afternoon. The deceased was a neice of Mr. and Mrs. J. F.
