This is one of my favorite movies...Just simply because it points up the stupidity that can be perpetrated by humans. The sad thing is the person(s) caught in the middle of all that stupidity.

....you realize that asphalt has a liquid stage.
....the potatoes cook underground, so all you have to do is
pull one out and add butter.
....the cows are giving evaporated milk.
....farmers are feeding their chickens crushed ice to keep
them from laying boiled eggs

Bubba and Johnny Ray were sittin' on the front porch drinking beer
when a large truck hauling rolls and rolls of sod-grass went by.
"I'm gonna do 'at when I win the lottery," said Bubba.
