Title: What Is There For Young People to do in Howard?
Post by: farmgal67357 on June 11, 2011, 03:45:44 PM
I have a 17 year old son named Kyle who will be moving to Howard with us. He is into Japanese Animation and manga (comics) and he makes music on his computer, mostly dance type stuff. I have yet to see the boy actually dance himself.  :) Anyway, he plays in Yu-Gi-Oh tournaments and does historical re-enactment with his step dad and I. Anybody else got kids around his age that like to do the same sort of things? He's a pretty easy goin' kid. Oh, and he really liked Howard when we visited last week.

Most of the boys in Howard fish, hunt, ride 4-wheelers and that type of thing.

Sounds like your son is very talented.  I bet the folks at Twilight Manor would love it if your son would come entertain them.

Some get involved in church. The United Methodist in Howard have the youth group. I don't remember what it is called, but it is very active.

Okay, involved in church, not a bad thing! I'll let him know about the youth group. Thanks!
