Title: Buffalow Girls
Post by: Delbert on October 08, 2010, 05:47:37 PM
Do you remember the Buffalow girls from Severy?  Mary and Myrna Buffalow.  They sang several songs at the Cox building last night.  No tomatoes were thrown at them.

I've not heard them sing, but they ought to really be good by now as they have been singing for at least fifty years.  That is probably why nobody threw tomatoes?  On Dec. 14, 1960, George and Irene Buffalow's children, Myrna, Mary & Gordon, presented several musical numbers and a reading at the ninth annual Severy Co-op's shareholder's meeting.  Wonder if their sister, Sharon, sang with them, too?

Marcia, don't tell Myrna I said this but it has been closer to 60 years.

Okay.  I won't tell her.  Bet she'll find out, though.
