Remember 5th Sunday will be at the Longton Methodist Church and
will be an ice cream social. All are welcome, church or no church.

I neec to remember this for when I get moved. Sounds fun.
It is a great deal of fun, an opportunity to get to hear other preachers from the area, and hear music and readings presented by members of the local churches. We also collect a great deal of food for the food pantry as well as add to the coffers of the ministerial alliance. These funds are used for family emergencies as is the food donations. If anyone is in need they can get help here, this is not a government funded activity. This assistance comes through the communities and is funneled through the church community. It is awesome to worship and praise in this manner, I have met and am still meeting some fantastic people there. Hope to see you Judy! P.S. The Methodist church in Longton is an awesome meeting place! :D

I can walk there (or drive) I don't like driving at night anymore unless
I can't help it. Eyes are too squirrely and my reflexes aren't what they use to
be. I will enjoy seeing you again Edie, maybe this time we can chat.
