I have a question hopefully someone can answer.  You know that "stuff" that you find when you get a new credit card in the mail --- that sticky see-through gummy-like stuff that holds the credit card to the paper and serves its purpose without "oversticking?"  Well what is that stuff called, and where do you buy it?  An office supply store?  A hardware store?

Some have also come with a rubber-cement type, although not nearly as many as used to.

Thanks for your replies.  I need to buy this type of glue because I don't want it to permanently stick.  I want to stick two pieces of plastic together, but want to be able to pull them apart whenever I wish and most importantly I don't want it to leave any permanent marks on the plastic.
According to the website Waldo posted, it is called, "Booger Glue,"  so I just looked on ebay for "Booger Glue" and found the following item made by the Elmer's glue company.  It is called, "Harry Potter Troll Booger Glue" and the glue comes out of the troll's nose.

Anyway, I think I will pass on this one, but at least now I know what to look for.  Thanks.

I finally remembered to look and I think what you are wanting is Zots.  They are little glue dots in various sizes and strengths.  You can buy them at Wal-Mart in the scrapbooking area.  They are made by Therm O Web adhesives and the website is www.thermoweb.com  .   They have more information on there.
