WWII Story A Sentimental Journey Dean Sommers

I am enclosing the link to my Uncle Dean Sommers site on the Veterans History Project of the Library of Congress.  I am so proud of him for doing this project about his experience as a young soldier.  He was born and raised around Buffalo, KS.  His plane was shot down on a bombing mission over Norway.  He was taken prisoner of war and spent months in Stalag XVII-B.  He made it back home in time for my first birthday, July 14, 1945.
