Okay, Health Care Reform Has Passed---

Now how about a plan for jobs, stimulus money aside, a real plan for jobs. Like here we have a superintendant of schools for 421 students; he makes $79,000.00 per annum. Mayhap that is a little lopsided? I mean we have teachers that earn less than $25,000.00 who work in the trenches every day. No wonder the dude complained there were no houses to live in---- there are no houses that match that kind of salary.

How about a relook at the structure of the education system; pay as you teach might not be so bad. Just because you got that doctorate, (If you have one), are you really worth it? Has productivity increased? No? Costs have decreased, yes. People have lost their jobs, and communities have lost their schools, and the area has lost their pride in their schools. Next year there will probably be fewer than the current number of students, then how do you justify your current rate of hire? But by then you will probably have moved on, waving good-bye to the devastation left behind. Just a matter of time anyway, couldn't be helped. But this is not what this blog started out to be. Oh well-----! $:-\$

Okay, it has passed..... but only for the time being. Look for the democrats Health Care reform to be reformed by the republicans Jan. 2011! Say what you want but, it is the lesser of two evils. Watch the individual state's file lawsuits. If the federal government cannot initiate gun legislation over the rights of the State, then they will find the same holds true with this piece of garbage legislation. All said, states like Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, and other union heavy & minority heavy states will be bankrupt within months of enabling this garbage legislation. Right to work states will flourish, dismiss this legislation, and independent insurers will thrive. I know for a fact that this counry is center-right and many democrats as well as independents voted this president in thinking that he would move more toward the middle, but he did not. If the democratic elected officials can trample the constitution in broad daylight and not care in the least, then do not think they will stop with the passage of this Health Care bill... they will try to pass as much of their left wing agenda as they can before the November elections because they know they will not have the majority after that. Stay vigilant in defending our liberties!! The next presidentual election will truly reflect the sentiments of the country. Let the Republicans field a good candidate this time and it is very likely... without a doubt.... that this is a one term president. Obuma is done in November, as is the Democratic party. ....Warph

I hope like hell you're right but I'm not so sure anymore. look back at 9/11. Everyone was waving the flag and wanted blood and they didn't care who's blood it was so we go after that pr#ck Saddam. 6 months later all you heard was "Bush lied ", " Get out now ", Wrong war--wrong place" ---like we aint heard that shit before !!!!

As long as anyone here calls our President "Sambo" I will have no respect for their opinions, don't care how interesting they might be. Might as well add "uppity" to it while you are ironing your sheet. Very sad for 2010. Sounds stupid and ignorant too.

No, decent white folks don't have to stoop to racist name calling like that. You can disagree all you want with his issues. I'm not happy about some of them either. He happens to be black, so what. Decent folks do not have to stoop to name calling like that, period! I have spent much time in the van today, listening to the whining, crying and complaining because this bill passed. I am amazed at the hypocricy, and the out and out denial of the process. Folks, if this is not a correct process, then what is? Wheeling out the Howitzers maybe? This happened to be the time and the place for this bill. Sorry 'bout that! Mayhap it will be more to your liking next time!
