This water tower is at about mile marker 20 on K-99 highway, on the east side right about 50 feet from the roadway.

At about mile marker 24 and to the west of K-99 by quite a bit is another new water tower, of the standpipe variety, that appears to be much taller and appears finished.

Been doing some reading on this and they say the water towers for a community such as ours would be capable of holding enough water for about 1 day. Apperantly they are on contiuos fill and there hight is set using a formula to maintain a certain amount of pressure, somewhere around 9 to 13 psi.
Ifound this info on How Stuff Works .com they have a lot of really cool looking towers of all shapes and sizes.
