Cathy and I went to the Chautauqua County Fair, on Saturday morning, July 17.  While we were there, we got to meet Vince and Larry the Crash Dummies that work with the Kansas Department of Transportation and the Kansas Highway Patrol.  Cathy and I got to shake Vince and Larry's hands and had a really good time meeting them.  They are so important to teaching how seatbelts can save lives.  Attached is a picture of Vince and Larry as they posed in front of the roll over truck.
