Janet Harrington

  Joyce Elaine Glasscock, 80, a resident of Russellville, Ark., died Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2006, at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center.
  She was born June 25, 1926, at Howard, Kan. to Adelbert "Dell" L. and Velma L. (Jones) Force.  She was a member of Circle One and was also a member of the Book Lovers Club.
  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Francis Terry Glasscock, Jr.; a son, Steven Thomas Glasscock; and a brother, B. Wayne Force.
  Survivors include a son, John Glasscock of Russellville; four daughters and sons-in-law, Tharen and Ted Kopecky of Russellville, Linda and Jim Cavanaugh of Goodyear, Ariz., Beverly and Norm Lynch of Russellville, and Terri and Tony Julian of Madison, Ala., a sister and brother-in-law, Myrna and Van McAnulty of Russellville; 17 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; six nephews and nieces and other relatives and friends.
  A memorial service was held Sept. 26 at the Central Presbyterian Church in Russellville with Rev. Kenyon P. Kalvesmaki officiating.  A private burial will be held in the Grace Lawn Cemetery at Howard.
  Arrangements are under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service.
