I don't think I will have a moment of silence tonight while I gaze at a clear sky and watch the tiny sleigh cross the moon.  I will be listening to the wind rattle my metal roof and the north windows and hoping that the electricity stays on.

In spite of the storm, I am sure there will be plenty of presents under your trees.  May your day be merry and bright.  It is certainly going to be white.

Merry Christmas from our home, also.  We attended a nice Christmas Eve service at our Church, then went to the home of some friends for a meal, and now we're home, and ready to "settle in" for the night.

Tomorrow we'll be driving out to Valley Center (CA) (7 miles from our home) for our annual Christmas with our daughter and family.  So, we're very blessed, and for that, we are very thankful.

Enjoy a wonderful Christmas day.

Christmas!  The very word brings joy to our hearts.  No matter how we may dread the rush, the long Christmas lists for gifts and cards to be bought and given, when Christmas Day comes there is still the same warm feeling we had as children, the same warmth that enfolds our hearts and our homes.

Let the spirit of love gently fill our hearts and homes.  In this loveliest of seasons may you find many reasons for happiness.

Let us remember that the Christmas heart is a giving heart, a wide open heart that thinks of others first.  The birth of the baby Jesus stands as the most significant event in all history, because it has meant the pouring into a sick world of the healing medicine of love which has transformed all manner of hearts for almost two thousand years... Underneath all the bulging bundles is this beating Christmas heart.

I also want to thank all of the brave men and women who serve in our military. I appreciate what you have done, and are doing to protect me and my family.  I want to wish a merry Christmas to our men and women in uniform at home and overseas.

A Blessed Christmas to you and yours, Forum!

And, now it is time to go and dig out.

Merry Christmas ya'll and to all of ya'll a good nite!
It is high time we eased the drought suffered by the Tree of Liberty. Let us not stand and suffer the bonds of tyranny, nor ignorance, laziness, cowardice. It is better that we die in our cause then to say that we took counsel among these.

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND THE BEST OF EVERYTHING IN  2010 TO ALL OF YOU.

WALDO, GIVE YOUR MOTHER A BIG CHRISTMAS HUG FROM ME AND TELL YOUR UNCLE JOHNNY MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM US.

We spent all day yesterday in the Tulsa Airport trying to get to our daughter's in Los Angeles. Our original flight was thru Phoenix and was cancelled, then we tried everything else and finally got booked on a flight thru Denver, it was to be the last flight out before they closed the airport, just as we getting ready to board they cancelled the flight and closed the airport.

It's Christmas in America,
     and everywhere you go,
From town to town and home to home,
     His blessings overflow.

May love and laughter fill your days
     All through the coming year.
May the message of the holiday
     Fill your hearts with cheer.
