No, not a concert or at the Ranch Rodeo. Martina's parents own and operate the Wilmore Opry. This is a weekly opry show where performers can perform and get a taste of real lights and using a sound thingy, plus preform in front of about 200 plus people. Martina came back to Sharon, Kansas, for a reunion on her mother's side. Since they had the opry that night, she was a surprise visitor. She sang about 11 songs. Rick Schiff, who worked for me as an EMT, is her cousin and he knew she was coming home and was going to perform. Rick asked me about two months ago to go with him. Rick plays the keyboards and does a wonderful job. He played for Martina along with her brother, Marty, who sings in her band with her, and her dad, Darrell Schiff. It was amazing. Did you notice how I had my arm around her and she had her arm around me? Aren't I just special?
