Water line coming north down highway 99.

I see actual progress of pipe and a lot of rock being churned up south of Moline.  It looks like Moline and Grenola will have water pretty soon. 

Will the Elk Rural #1 get on the same time as Moline or is it a separate deal?  Will #20 provide water to Cq#2?  Is the wholesale still a plan?

The water will come from Wholesale Water Dist. No. 20 and the source will be the water treatment plant located in Chautauqua County, north of Sedan. This plant also provides water for rural water customers in Chautauqua County.
It truly is "a wonderful life."

I was told that the water would be coming from the Quivira Scout Ranch Lake.

I don't think that is an option anymore I think they all melted.  You know for a while they had this Hot flash in office but she has moved on.
