We've been talkin about what books we like so wondered what TV shows yall are hooked on besides DWTS! Me, I always watch The Cleaner, Sons of Anarchy, Diners Drive-Ins and Dives, Black Gold and Axe Men... Watch the DIY channel too like Rock Solid and the landscapin shows.

I just finished "America's Got Talent" last week and started the new season of "Survivor".  I'm also looking forward to "Amazing Race" next week.  The new medical show on NBC that might take the place of ER looks like fun, too.  Oh, I also started taping "Army Wives".  College football takes high precedence at our house this time of year, followed by college basketball.

My absolute favorite is NCIS.  Other than that I tend to watch more History Channel than anything else.

Mom70x7

I enjoy reality shows - most of which I tape and then watch in the evening. If I don't get around to watching them within a week, it's too bad and I tape over them.

Wheel of Fortune - every day. Jim and I watch it together

Chopped - off Food Network. I like the idea of being given a bunch of food and having to cook with it. Seems like I used to do that all the time when the kids were home.

The Next Design Star, the Next Food Network Star - both of these are enjoyable to me.

On the major networks - I enjoy "So You Think You Can Dance" and the current "Dancing with the Stars." I also like "American Idol." Haven't really gotten into the "America's Got Talent" show.

And then there are the sports games - which really trump everything. During football and baseball season, there's always one going on in the background. Those we watch live. They're a can't miss.

Also watch Gray's Anatomy and Private Practice. Sometimes tape those to watch later, but if we miss them, that's okay.

HBO, ENCORE, SHOWTIME, Dexter,The Tudors and some football.

I'm is good company with Jensarlou and Diane, I love NCIS, followed by the Law and Order shows, CSI: wherever, and House.

PROGRAMMING NOTE:::::: I have heard and will make sure, but there will be a story about the Chandler Family and their history with the Los Angeles Times  on PBS October 5.  I knew Otis Chandler when I worked there and I am sure it will be an interesting story.

NCIS is good I had never watched it till recently. Law and Order Criminal Intent is one of my favorites too,I like the character played by Vincent D'Onofrio. I used to watch Survivor but it's got kinda the same ol "all the beautiful people" instead of real people :P the last one I watched all the way thru was when Rupert Boneham was on it :) I just loved that guy Lol

well, GOT to watch "the wheel" every evening at 6:30, followed on Monday's by Antiques Roadshow on PBS.  Other than that I like Law & Order, HGTV, Learning Channel, AMC (they show a lot of good movies ), Golden Girls (in a pinch), Diner's Drive-ins and Dives, any show that has to do with cake decorating, Ice Road Truckers, this season really liked the Ameria's Got Talent and agreed with the voting most of the time.  History, Outdoors or National Geographic usually have something to watch if there's nothing else.  If I can't find anything to watch and get tired of watching Marvin checking his eyelids for holes, I just go to the computer.  ;D
MY GOAL IS TO LIVE FOREVER. SO FAR, SO GOOD !

Like I said, I love reality:  On reality my most favorite is "Survivor"  I really really like Greys Anatomy and Private Practise.  I am taping FlashForward.  That is a new one and thought my hubby and I would like that.  We also love NCIS and my hubby and I watch the cooking channel alot while other things are taping.  We liked Next Food Network Star, Chopped, Iron Chef of America and Challenge.  Seems like we watch a lot of tv but really we don't.  We tape everything and then when we get done working outside and all the work is done we go to our list and watch things we have taped and fast forward through all the commercials so the hour shows last about 25 minutes.

Hope you all are having a good day.  I must get back to work. haha
SMILE AND EVERYONE SMILES WITH YOU!!!!

SECOND PROGRAMMING NOTE:

I doublechecked my source and it said that the show is entitled - INVENTING LA: THE CHANDLERS AND THEIR TIMES.

It will be on PBS on Oct. 5.  It is showing in the LA area at 5 PM

It will be pretty interesting, I'm sure, and it will probably give you an idea of what I did for a living for 34 years.  I don't know how much coverage they will give the pressroom, but I hope a lot.
