Williams talks Secession

Black economist Dr. Walter Williams filled in for Rush Limbaugh last Friday.  Williams
understands the Constitution better than Rush.  Williams discussed secession.  Looks
like we ought to give secession another try like the first time in 1776 when we had
great success.

 Think I'll just become a citizen of the Republic of Lakotah if that happens. They alREADY seceded AND notified Washington....not that anybody paid any attention.
