Anmar, you are right, as far as referencing the constitution, I got it backwards.  However, before a bill becomes law it has to cross the presidents desk, and he has to sign off on it.  So, if a bill is unconstitutional, and he signs off on it, he is just as guilty of a violation as congress.

I suppose it was Bush that took over GM then handed it over to the UAW?  Because as I recall that happened this year.

As to obama getting a pass for lying, I don't see the press all over him like they were Bush about WMD's.

As for Czars, the only person they are answerable to is the president.  We, the people, have no say on who gets appointed to these positions, they don't fall under our Checks and balances system and should be done away with.

As to the proper use of the word communism - The term "Communism", usually spelled with the capital letter C, is however often used to refer to a form of government in which the state operates under a one-party system and declares allegiance to Marxism-Leninism or a derivative thereof, even if the party does not actually claim that the society has already reached communism.   Joseph Stalin established the character of Communism as the totalitarian ideology it is most commonly known as and referred to today.

As to the Socialist party being unconstitutional, they would first have to gain control of private business, which the constitution doesn't give them the power to do, and then relinquish control of that business to the employees.  Wether they do it through a violent revolution or a peaceful one doesn't  matter, it still violates the constitution.
It is high time we eased the drought suffered by the Tree of Liberty. Let us not stand and suffer the bonds of tyranny, nor ignorance, laziness, cowardice. It is better that we die in our cause then to say that we took counsel among these.
