Cayenne Pepper .....Drink it!

I have only been doing this for a week but my energy level is unbelievable..and my hands aren't as sore as they have been..so maybe it is working...
I am starting out with this amount. as I am not used to hot things in my stomach.
(Mark and Kjell uses 1/2 teaspoon...)

I mix 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper in about 3 ounces of very warm water..
whisk it up until dissolved.. drink down fast..
I follow with a cup of milk ( cause it neutralizes the burn in my mouth. )

You are to do this after every meal..
It has boosted my energy level so HUGE  that I only do it after morning and lunch meals.

I do not do it at night..it keeps me awake...like... forever.. my body and my mind will not shut down so the lunch is the last time I drink it for the day. Experiment with yourself to see what works for you.

The healing properties are incredible.. from help with colon cleaning to arthritis to cholesterol and BP..  and weight loss, as it curbs your appetite..and speed the metabolism.. ( I think it burns off the taste buds too..) haha

Nothing to lose by trying. If it upsets your stomach I would stop.. but you might want to read about it and try it.
if you start out with too much, it will burn when you pee and your bowel movements ~~well...lets just say~~ your toilet paper might catch on fire..  ;D ;D

Yep. Cathy and I have been looking into this. We are going to dry some habeneros, grind them, then do a process to make a tincture to take everyday. I have been pouring red cayenne on about everything I eat. Am going to have to do the drink now that Ms. T says it works.

Cayenne pepper is good for all kinds of things. Just look over that website.

I gave it a try and I have to confess that I didn't expect it to work! I feel energized and agile all day long and I will keep on "drinking pepper"! By the way: I used to consume o lot of strong coffee during the days, but I never felt to be more awake than before. I am wondering why pepper does this job but - whatever - it works. Thanks for this suggestion.

OK, I got brave after lunch today and downed 1/4 tsp -- the McCormick variety -- with 4 ounces of warm tap water. I then drank 4 ounces of cold milk, and a big swig of tea. Finally I popped in a piece of Extra Polar Ice gum. That was 35 minutes ago, and my lips are finally starting to have some feeling in them again. After about 15 minutes, my stomach made some interesting gurgling sounds. I also keep catching a whiff of hot pepper (and no, not from the source you might be thinking -- I'm pretty sure it's on my breath and overpowering the chewing gum). I'll let y'all know if I experience something truly noteworthy (without TMI).

Teresa, are you still doing this twice a day? Anything interesting to report?

i've used it before. :) it does help  alot. You can also take 4 tsp in 4 oz of warm water during a heart attack and it will slow or stop it altogether.
Also if you take this mixture of 1/2 tsp per 4oz and take any meds you have to take and then chase it down with this mixture, it will deliver the meds faster throughout your body
