Today's------this came with my name in it, I did not add it...........

Four old fellows met one day each week for golf.  At the same time, the wives would play cards.

One day the ladies played cards all afternoon, the waited.  The guys didn't return.  The ladies waited some more.  It got dark.  Still they waited.

Finally, three of the fellows dragged in and the ladies demanded an explanation.  One of them replied, "Well, on the 8th hole, Larry dropped dead.  From then on, it was, like, 'Hit the ball ... drag Larry, hit the ball ... drag Larry....'"

His wife's graveside service had just concluded when there was a tremendous bolt of lightning, followed by a massive clap of thunder, accompanied by even more thunder rumbling in the rapidly darkening sky.

The little old man turned to the pastor and said, matter-of-factly, "Well, she's there, alright."

While picking up a few groceries at the convenience market, two nuns find themselves in the liquor aisle.  One nun says to the other, "Wouldn't a nice cold beer or two taste nice?"

The second nun answers, "Indeed it would, Sister, but I wouldn't feel comfortable buying beer."

"Don't worry," the first nun says, picking up a six-pack and heading for the check stand.

"We use beer to wash our hair," the nun says to the cashier.

Without blinking an eye, the cashier takes a package of pretzel rods from a shelf behind the counter and adds it to the bag.  He gives the nuns a wink and says, "The curlers are on the house."

Today's------this is an "uh-oh."

Dr. Jones was always leaving his car keys in the ignition.  His wife was always giving him a hard time about it.  Now, the worst has happened.  He couldn't find his car keys and he couldn't find his car.  He had always assumed that the parking lot near his office was safe and secure.  Apparently not.

He called the police and filed a full report.  That was the easy part.

Next, after much anguish and rehearsing, he made the difficult call to his wife.  "Joann, honey," he said, "I left the keys in the car and it has been stolen."

There was a long silence, then his wife said, "I dropped you off this morning."

It was his turn to be silent.  Deeply embarrassed, he said, "Well, come and get me."

She replied, "I will, as soon as I convince this policeman I have not stolen your car."

Today's----Yes!  I'm a senior citizen......

I'm the life of the party -- even if it lasts until 8PM.
I'm very good at opening childproof caps -- with a hammer.
I'm usually interested in going home before I get to where I am going.
I'm awake many hours before my body allows me to get up.
I'm smiling all the time because I can't hear a thing you're saying.
I'm very good at telling stories; over and over and over and over...
I'm aware that other people's grandchildren are not nearly as cute as mine.
I'm so cared for -- long term care, eye care, private care, dental care.
I'm not really grouchy, I just don't like traffic, waiting, crowds, lawyers, loud music, unruly kids, Toyota commercials, Tom Brokaw, Dan Rather, barking dogs, politicians and a few other things I can't seem to remember right now.
I'm sure everything I can't find is in a safe secure place, somewhere.
I'm wrinkled, saggy, lumpy, and that's just my left leg.
I'm having trouble remembering simple words like...
I'm beginning to realize that aging is not for wimps.
I'm sure they are making adults much younger these days, and when did they let kids become policemen?
I'm wondering, if you're only as old as you feel, how could I be alive at 150?
And, how can my kids be older than I feel sometimes?
I'm a walking storeroom of facts -- I've just lost the key to the storeroom door.

Yes, I'm a SENIOR CITIZEN and I think I am having the time of my life!

Now if I could only remember who sent this to me...

Two elderly sisters won Super Bowl tickets in a church raffle.

"We don't know anything about football," Madge said to Mabel.

Mabel replied, "Who cares?  Let's go!"

The two enjoyed their journey to Indianapolis.  On game day they found their seats high in Lucas Oil Stadium.  The crowd was noisy, but they loved the energy and sense of excitement.  They admired the large, grassy expanse of the field, and they observed with interest all the pre-game activities.  They watched with intense concentration the kickoff, followed by the endless back and forth struggles between the two teams.  Next they were enthralled by the big half-time show starring Madonna and other performers.  Then they watched as the two teams lined up for the second half kickoff.

Madge nudged Mabel and said, "I guess we can go now........................this is where we came in.

The college football coach introduces the new recruit to the other players during the team meeting.  Then he is interrupted by a phone call.  After hanging up, he calls for everyone's attention and says to the recruit, "Son, you have an F in mathematics on your academic record, and it's a matter of concern.  I've been told to ask you a math question.  It you answer correctly, you can play.  Now, we need you on this team.  Do I make myself clear?"

The recruit nods.

The coach continues, "What is two plus two?  Think carefully before you answer."

The recruit says, "Four."

The coach is overjoyed.  He exclaimed, "Did you say four?"

The rest of the players begin shouting, "Come on, coach, give him another chance!"
