my post contains 2 points.  The first being that you contradicted yourself.  The second being that there are some rights that are given to people, not just citizens.  One of them is the pursuit of happiness.

Not really a contradiction as it is a change of mind.  My first post you quoted I stated kick both mom and kids out.  The children being born here makes them american citizens and by law kicking them out would be wrong.  I agree with diane in that the law needs to be changed.

Second, the right to pursue happiness does not give people the right to break the law.
It is high time we eased the drought suffered by the Tree of Liberty. Let us not stand and suffer the bonds of tyranny, nor ignorance, laziness, cowardice. It is better that we die in our cause then to say that we took counsel among these.
