Oh, one other thing.

The 345 Kv transmission line that doesn't supply Elk County . . .

It carries all the wind power generated on the Farrell Ranch, exporting it to the grid so Empire District can pull the same amount off the grid in Joplin.  And it will also export all the power from the soon to be built wind farms in Western Elk County and NE Cowley County.
