Stimulus cash for...Bill Gates?

When President Obama decided to do yet another stimulus package, most of America thought that the money would go to people who need it. So, it's very difficult to believe (and to stomach) that millions of stimulus dollars are being used for building a bridge that will join two Microsoft buildings that have a highway separating them.    Thought Gates sold Microsoft and retired? But it's still stupid to spend the money on that when there is a bridge not many miles down the road that is literally fallin apart but it is a "rural" bridge so not related to economic stimulus the mayor of the town said Maybe whoever lives out that way should go stimulate the economy of the next town over when they go shoppin.
