I have set this to run for five days and will show the results after the expiration. One vote per person and you may not change your vote. This is for fun only! Hope this works out as this is the first poll I have set up.  ;D ;D

The point of this poll is to see who benefits more from each tax dollar sent to Washington; that is how many tax dollars come back to that state and which benefits most.

Sorry, I about forgot about this poll. To the folks who replied Red states benefit the most from taxes, they are correct.
From a friend:
I thought you would enjoy this. It shows how much  each state gets in return for the $1.00 of tax they pay to the government. Notice that those that receive less than they pay are mostly democratic blue states. The wealth is redistributed to red states.

Wow.  So, we've already been "spreading the wealth around".  Interesting.

This has been true for a long time. Delaware has paid out more than we get back in federal funding for many years. With the banking problems and Hercules, duPont and others having problems now, that may change.

One thing for sure - our founding fathers did not initiate this distribution system.
It wasn't part of the deal.
