What a 'coincidence'.....and you can bet that NBC, CNN, and The New York Times won't be talking about this, even if he can't convince a  hospital to 'verify' that  he  was born there.

The last entry is a motion to dismiss???  Are they serious???  There should be not one movement toward any type of dismissal until Barak or Barry or whomever he's calling himself these days forks over an authenticated, certified registration of birth.  Why on earth should the man be above the laws that he's trying to position himself to swear to protect, so help him God?

I agree Catwoman, but yes the Judge dismissed the case against Barack Obama Jr, Barack Hussein Obama Jr, Barry Soetoro or whatever name he's using nowadays. Pretty worthless if you ask me! All we want is the truth...that's something we have NEVER gotten from the Obama!

No records on medical.. no records of employment.. no records on anything because ..ahhhh  they are lost.. they have been thrown away.. we don't have them.. or just ignoring it and refusing to release any of them..  and the birth certificate that is out there.... is on a form that is present day...those forms were not used at the time of  BHo's birth.

We are not discussing his trip to visit an ailing grandmother, SDM...no one would even begrudge Bin Ladin that right...we are discussing his and his campaign's deliberate evading of supplying what is demanded by law.  What is truly astonishing, astounding, confounding, confusing, and revolting is that the neophytes that cling to Obama's coattails are acting as co-dependent individuals, enabling this man's ability to skirt the laws of the United States of America...set forth for clear and purposeful reasons, to allow our electoral process to be free of just this sort of manipulation.  Be astounded.  We certainly are.

Wierd...the last time I dwelled upon the fiasco that was W's last election, it seemed that everyone was working overtime to make sure that there was absolutely no stone unturned, trying like hell to find the necessary votes to unseat the man...and, granted, the process was done in an entirely legal fashion...but W STILL became elected.  Please clarify what by-passing of laws you're refering to...unless you're refering to the decision to electronically monitor transmissions, phone, email, or otherwise, between/to terrorist persons/organizations...or maybe you're refering to the holding of suspects at GITMO...which has been done previously without  any ability to keep it from happening but is now beginning to be scrutinized and non-threatening personages who pose no threat to the US are being allowed to go home but not back into the US, since they were trained at terrorist training camps and are not considered to be trustworthy enough to enter our lands.  Hey...I never claimed that W was perfect...quite the contrary...I have stated openly that the man has dropped the ball on a number of things...the only thing I ever said, and I STILL SAY, is that no matter what monkey-faced boy is President, he is due the respect that inhabiting the Oval Office deserves...because, if Obama becomes El Presidente, I won't be able to look at him without envisioning Curious George and the man in the yellow hat...who will officially become known as 'Big Joe' to me.
