Geez I read stuff and get stressed and you can't swing a cat without seein some bull filled attack add against somebody on tv. Can't even watch a friggin show in peace.

People are runnin around like chicken little hollerin the sky is fallin....NO it ain't........Obama ain't the anti-christ....McCain ain't the clone of Bush (altho they DO kinda look alike  ).......Palin is just a chick from Alaska who really DON't know what the hell she's doin....and Biden... well...........If Obama gets elected we ain't gonna be doin the goosestep down main street ( thought we were gonna be turned into arabs anyway) and if McCain gets elected we ain't gonna live happily ever after.....Obama ain't gonna take your guns....Mccain ain't gonna make us all rich....or poor...and the various state senator and representative candidates are most likely all doin exactly what they are hollerin about their opponents doin, they ARE politicians y'know.

Times are fixin to get hard....some of us been dealin with hard times most of our lives, it AIN'T that big a deal...we'll be fine...REALLY!

Just one thing all you politicians out there... QUIT SELLIN US OUT TO CHINA AND JAPAN AND SAUDI ARABIA AND ANYBODY ELSE WHO WILL LOAN YOU TEN DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!! THEY'LL KNEECAP US IF WE DON'T PAY EM BACK!!!!!

I kind of feel that way about the election.  I am really torn who to vote for.  There is so much crap going around about each of them, and I just don't know what to believe anymore.  I can trust in a feww things these days:  The Lord is here with us.  He never gives us to much that we can't handle.  There is a lesson in everything good and bad.

Believe it or not, Pam, we will be fine.  I know that you are a surviour.  Money doesn't by us happiness, I keep telling myself that, but it's hard to pay the bills without it.  I just trust in the Lord that he will provide for me.

I agree with you. I  can't wait until all this mud slinging is over and we can get back to tolerating each other.

I always look forward to elections, cause that is one day I can earn a little money....I am on the election board here in Longton......and really like working there.

It isn't the who wins or loses, it is that we all have the right to VOTE and have a say in who wins.
I know, most of the time we aren't not electing the person we want to win........
It is just a fact of life.

But, altho I won't say it to loud, I don't like being yelled at, if you don't vote...............don't let your mouth get away from you..........you don't have the right to cuss or discuss or (well yes, you do) you are human and most of us do
wear our feet in our mouths.....but well..........here I go running off at the mouth(computer.LOL)

i know God won't let the world/earth be distroyed.......but, He does give us the right to choose just which door we open and then let who ever we ask in IN.........I pray that we all choose the right one..........and when the fur quits blowing around,
we can all be happy (peaceful) about the outcome.

I was going to delet this rant........but, Nah, will tell it like it is.

I get tired of the fighting, mudslinging and nasty nasty politics.............most of the time I ignore them, but there are days I just get fed up.

Now back to my coffee and maybe a dose of cream.....

Lol, you guys...I'll vote come election day and I really DON'T care who wins cause nothin is gonna change all that much for me and mine, we have what we want and need and that's all that counts in the end. We are worker bees, always have been and looks like always will be, but that's cool....cause without the worker bees the rest ain't goin anywhere. Some of the big-shots need to remember that.........

Pam, you are so right.  I will vote to, even though I don't really like either of their stants, but it is my right and one that I will always do.  We are workers, too.  But my husband and I are both self employed and I always worry about taxes.  We don't have big businesses by no means.  My husband is a rancher and I run a daycare.  And do you know something, we have been hit hard this past year because of the economics.  Everyone has around here.  But like I keep reminding my husband, we will make it.  We will cut back and spend the very minimal on Christmas and things, but I won't cut back on feeding my kids and keeping them happy.  They are my world and that is something that this stupid economical situation can't hurt!!!

Socialism smocialism lol, this country will never be socialist....there may be administrations where it will lean that direction but then there will be an administration where it will lean the other way so it all evens out in the end.

I hear people talkin all the time about how things have gone to hell in a hand-basket but the reality is things are the same way they have always been. Shoot I've been known to say it myself.....The fact of the matter is we have 24 hr. news from all over the world that reports things we never would've heard about before...they still happened, just nobody knew it but the people it happened to.

So smile everybody...the world isn't comin to an end it's just takin a turn around the circle! ! What is was and what was will be........
