Steve, there are incredible examples of people throughout history whose parents were the least likely to produce them. It is not necessary to hurl insults at Senator Obamas' parents, one of whom was a Kansan.

I know this is the old educator in me coming out...but...WARPH, PLAY NICE.

That IS Warph's nice side... dont'cha know?  ;D ;D

Seriously... we are all over the top edge this political year. The reason being is that so much of our freedoms are at risk..and it is very frustrating for those who have been blinded by the Messiah to not be able to see it.... and those of us who are somewhat on the "inside of Washington" so to speak.. ( and there is many many levels... ) and KNOW what we know.. and not be able to somehow make the people see...

I have to bite my tongue until it bleeds for all of my knee jerk responses I have and not say. The Liberals laugh at the Conservatives "fears" .. They seem to get a big laugh out of us admitting that we are scared of what is to come. My dad.. who isn't scared of anything .. is afraid. He is afraid of what will be lost for his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was in the Navy and has seen the conditions and other socialists countries..and what happens when freedoms are lost.

Once they are gone... they are gone. And to get them back is sometimes near to impossible. So why would we willingly want someone in there who has people surrounding him who wants to change the amendments to alter our freedoms? I just don't understand!
I can't sleep at night sometimes for the worry. I am sick to my stomach when I hear Obama regurgitate the words that are written for him. WHO is pulling his chain? WHO is making him dance? And WHO had the money and pull to get a do nothing lawyer from the back alleys of Chicago to THIS position?
THOSE people are the ones I am afraid of.. And you all should be too.

Piddly ass name calling? Put your big girl panties on and deal with it. If someone wants to call me a name .. so be it.. I dish it out.. I can take it. if you can't take a little bit of heat.. then stay out of the kitchen.
But I think we are all adults and no matter or distaste for someone on a public forum.. we should remain and act like adults and that goes for everyone.

Y'know srk, all of what you said has somethin to do with it, but it ain't the whole story.........I mean get real....and the fact is what's already done can't be changed and we all can sit around and put blame here there and everywhere and it AIN'T gonna change anything, all we can do now is figure out how the hell to live thru it..I'm for one tired of chasin my tail arguin in circles...I'm more interested in doin than talkin anyway....so I'm gonna do what I can do......try to promote harmony instead of gettin caught up in the futility of politics lol. I'm not polarized enough to really get into it anymore, all this discussin has just solidified my position on the fence :P I like most of ya on here whether I agree with ya or not.

Lol once again I was typin at the same time as somebody else :P too damn slow I am. Teresa is right too, I'm scared of what my kids and grankids are gonna inherit from this whole mess. That's why I'm teachin em what I know about takin care of themselves when times get rough.
