I personally believe that interfering with the negotiations between governments is ILLEGAL.  Wouldn't that be an interesting twist:

Current Presidential Candidate Barrack Obama was jailed yesterday for illegally influencing talks between the US and Iraqi governments   

I believe the legal term for that offense would be called, "TREASON"!!
