What was your guy Biden thinking when he told a crowd today that Obama could have picked a better VP than he did?

I'm just guessing, but I think Joe may have based it on his poor showing in his white house bid. He may believe now that Hilliary would be a better adversary for Sarah Palin, to recover the female vote. I was surprised too when he said that. He probably really believes it.
