This is funny Pam, that was my number one gripe with teenagers in the house---TURN DOWN THE SOUND!!! I have at least one boy now who says he wished he hadn't listened to all that loud music as his hearing is gone. At work, the environment we worked in was noisy and it was easy to tell which young people listened to loud music. They could not hear a spoken instruction, I always had to write out for them. Too bad.

I wasn't sure where to put this, but I was really sorry to read of the death of the Argonia firefighter on the Chikaskia river.

On our local news we were told that the man that died couldn't swim, but he was still out there trying to save some d--n foolish people that thought they were having fun.
