Jeffrey Scott Conyers passed away Tuesday, August 5, 2008 at his home with his father by his side.  Most recently, Jeff served as a role model and helper at Tri-County Mental Health Services.  He also was a care provider for the handicapped and elderly at Clearbrook Center in Rolling Meadows, Illinois and volunteered at North Heartland Community Church in Kansas City, Missouri.  Jeff will always be remembered by his family and friends as a caring and loving person.

He is survived by his father and stepmother, Dr. John G. Conyers and Dr. Jean B. Conyers of Charleston, South Carolina; his mother Jeanette Dill Hoy of Kansas City, Missouri, and his loving dog, Wallace.

The memorial service will be Saturday, August 9. 2008 at Piedmont Memorial Cemetery in Piedmont, Kansas at 1:00 p.m. followed by lunch at the Beaumont Hotel in Beaumont, Kansas.
