I don't get to Howard as often as I'd like to, but I always take the time to listen for the chimes. What a wonderful touch to a lovely community.

Has anyone heard why the chimes aren't chiming? Could it be something malfunctioned during one of our recent thunder/lightning storms? I"m surprised nothing has been mentioned either on the forum or around town about it. Or maybe it has, and I'm just not there when it's the topic of discussion.
