Howard Vancil, 82, died June 14, 2008.  Survivors include his wife Coletta; one daughter, Sharon of Eureka, Kansas; grandsons, Steve and Kelly, both of Severy, Kansas; and six great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at the Severy United Methodist Church, Severy, Kansas.

Koup Family Funeral Home, Eureka, Kansas is in charge of arrangements.
