Welcome, Ducky - with all the rain we've been having, you should fit right in.
If you're a local, you might talk with Pastor Charles Cryderman and see how he likes the rain.
He moved in last year in the middle of our monsoon season ( ) and this year bought a house and is encountering rain, again, as he tries to fix it up.
