Some of you may know that my nephew is a gifted musician. He is currently persuing his masters at Wichita State. I heard from his mom the other day, and she told me he is in Spain with the orchestra. He says that Americans are scorned there, and he is fascinated by the architecture and sense of history. We have lost touch with our european counterparts; it is not long ago that we were helping Spain with their own revolt. Remember Hemmingway, and his stories of that time? I don't know what has happened across the world exactly; is it resentment over our greed? Our religion? What?
