Inez Wolfe, 83, a resident of Kearney, Missouri and formerly of Howard, Kansas and Fredonia, Kansas, died Tuesday, May 6, 2008 in Liberty, Missouri.  She was born in Geary, Oklahoma on April 30, 1925 to Frank and Esther Terneus.  She graduated from Greenfield High School in Oklahoma in 1943 and married her high school sweetheart, A.D. Wolfe, in May 1943.  Three children were born to this union:  Letha, Leon, and Dean.

During her years in Fredonia, she and A.D. had business interests in Fredonia Drapery, Quail Creek Industries, and Dirty Dad's Carwash and were involved in numerous community activities.  She enjoyed a variety of crafts and gardening.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 55 years, and their son, Leon.

Her survivors include:  a daughter and son-in-law, Letha and Joe Hebb of Tyler, Texas; a son and daughter-in-law, Dean and Lee Wolfe of Kearney, Missouri; five grandchildren, Michelle Adler, Matt Hebb, Ryan Ely, Gage Ely, and Austin Wolfe; seven great-grandchildren, Will Adler, Ben Adler, Nate Adler, Luc Adler, Jace Adler, Sage Hebb, and Baylor Hebb.

Funeral services will be held at the Arley United Methodist Church in Kearney, Missouri on Friday, May 9, 2008 at 2:00 p.m.  Graveside services will be held at the Fredonia City Cemetery on Saturday, May 10, 2008 at 2:00 p.m.

A memorial has been esablished in her name with the Arley United Methodist Church and may be sent to Timmons Funeral Home.  Family condolences may be left at www.timmonsfuneralhome.com
