2 Tough Questions

Question 1:

If you knew a woman who was pregnant, who had 8 kids already, three who were deaf, two who were blind, one mentally retarded, and she had syphillis, would you recommend that she have an abortion?

It is time to elect a new world leader, and only your vote counts. Here are the facts about the three candidates. Who would you vote for?

Candidate A

Associates with crooked politicians, and consults with astrologist.  He's had two mistresses.  He also chain smokes and drinks 8 to 10 martinis a day.

Candidate B

He was kicked out of office twice, sleeps until noon, used opium in college and drinks a quart of whiskey every evening.

Candidate C

He is a decorated war hero. He's a vegetarian, doesn't smoke, drinks an occasional beer and never cheated on his wife.

Which of these candidates would be our choice?

of the 117 that have bankrupted 2 businesses, that number is about to become 3 businesses cause think they are about the bankrupt the U.S.

Speaking of bankrupt...

Mark told me last night on the way out to burn that Ace Hardware is going belly up...
And Coleman claimed Bankruptcy..
I don't know if anyone will buy Coleman and try to make it a go again.. but Ace is pretty much over I think.

I haven't had any time to look any of this up.. so this is just standing at the farm fence and gossiping.  8)

Coleman has been down-sizing for many years, so not surprised.  I went into an Ace Hardware a few years ago to get something, don't remember what now, and  :o at the prices they charged, probably no-one shopped there more than once.  I sure didn't.  So that might explain that . . . . AND, hate to keep harping on this, but Wal-Mart is not doing any of these businesses any favors.  They move in, run the others out of business, then up their prices.  oops - that's soap box day, right?
