CROSS, Sam - d. December 26, 2007

Many of you will know Sam Cross who lived west of Climax.  Received word this morning that he passed away about 8:00 last evening.  Very eerie, cause at 8:00 I was on the phone visiting with his daughter Susan.  She had called a little after six and I didn't realize we had visited that long.  She told me at the time that dr.'s had given her dad one week, two at the most.  Donna is not doing well at all either.

I am so sorry to hear of this.    I didn't know anything was wrong with Sammy.
And is Donna in bad health also?

Jo, Sam had brain cancer and has not been well for over a year.  Donna, on top of her other problems, has had several strokes.  They were both in the nursing home in Yates Center.
