I seen on the CBS evening news a story that dumbfounded me.  Didn't get the beginning, but the end was the last straw.  A young american joined the service and was serving in Iraq.  He was severely injured in a roadside bombing.  The government wants him to refund his sign-on bonus because he was unable to fulfill the contract he signed at joining. Can you believe that???  Your comments welcomed and maybe the beginning of the news cast told something I missed.

That is not a believable story. It sounds like the reporter put a spin on the story.

may be hard to believe, but the soldier that was injured was being interviewed so he did exist.
