Motel in Moline? I'd love some details

Hi, I heard through the grapevine that Moline is getting a new motel.  I'd love to hear more about it.

There is a thread on this already, but can't remember the name.  Stub Durbin and his wife (owners of the Swinging Bridge Cafe, Moline) have bought the nursing home which has been empty for sometime.  They are remodeling it and turning it into a motel/lodge.  I don't know of the prospective date for opening but everyone is excited.  I can't wait to drive down and stay there.

Thanks Roma Jean, I found the thread, funny I could not find it by searching for Moline or Motel, but Stub Durbin lead me right to it.
