Sirens Yesterday Evening

Does anyone know what the siren activity was late yesterday evening?  They went west and north.

Yes.. I can't remember who it was.. but some young man was target shooting. What he shot at ricocheted  and came directly back hitting him above his left eye I believe they said. They couldn't get a helicopter here in time so they took him by ambulance to Eureka and they life watched him out from there.
That is all I know.

The young boy ( 19) has moved into the Hyler place north of town ( used to be Chuck Bonnets house)
He is fine. Amazing..
I guess his angels had their wings spread all across his face when the bullet came back to hit him.
