Now that the Howard Library has a good microfilm machine, wouldn't it be nice if someone from Howard, who had spare time and was willing, would go look up interesting articles from past newspapers to put on the forum?

I could do that on the Saturdays that I work up there----which isn't every Saturday, but it's worth a try.  How about anyone else?   Otherwise the library is currently closed usually by the time I get home from school in Severy.

     That would sure be nice.  Hopefully there are others in Howard (or the area) who enjoy Elk County's history and would have the time to look up interesting and unusual articles from time to time and post them on the Elk County Forum.  The more the better.   I would certainly do this if I had the time, but I don't.
