Can anyone tell me when Harry R. Weed was the minister at the Methodist Church?

I am trying to figure out when this envelope would have been given to Mary (Horning) Clark. It has lots of family history dates on the back of it.

Envelope is marked on one side "A little going away present for Chas & Mary.

Inside is a memo page from the Howard Methodist Episcopal Church, Harry R. Weed ----Minister and on the back the following:

Albert Abbey - just for a little Extra
Esther Lenora, for an Extra little boy I know
Bob, Earl
& Edna Ann (Nan)         Narrow-

I think Albert, Abbey, Esther Lenora, Bob, Earl and Edna Ann (Nan) were members of a Sunday School class.

I can give you a maybe.

The records show that the minister in 1935 was Rev. Harry W Weed.

The next minister listed is Rev. T Restin Heath, from 1939-1942.

I don't know if Rev. Weed served only in 1935, or if he served (as I'm assuming) from 1935 to 1939.

In the list of ministers, sometimes they gave the years served, other times, just the starting year.
I'm not sure which is the case with Rev. Weed.

My parents, Cecil and Ruth (Hawkins) Hebb were married at the Howard Methodist Church parsonage by Rev. Harry Weed in March 1936, so he was pastoring there at that time.

That makes perfect sense because Dad would have been 7 in 1936 and could still be referred to as a "little boy". Thanks so much.

Now for the notes on the back of the page, were they written while Grandma Mary was visiting relatives on a handy envelope that she had been given with some sort of going away present in it? Dad remembers making a trip to Ohio with his Mom when he was very young.  I'll never really know but it sure makes for some fun speculation.

I was at the Howard Library this afternoon and found a couple of articles in old Howard newspapers relating to ministers of the Methodist Church.  On March 13, 1935 it was announced that Rev. G.R. Lawellin, who had served the Howard Methodist Episcopal church the past year, would be serving at Howard another year.
On March 11, 1936, an article read, "The family of the new Methodist preacher, the Rev. H.R. Weed, consists of himself, his wife and three children."
Most of the ministers served two years before being transferred elsewhere.
