Margaret Gragg shared this with her Sunday School class today.  She had it written in the Bible that she brings to teach Sunday School.  She does not remember where she got it, but I believe that it can pertain to anyone at anytime.

This is great.  I think I'll make a handout of this and leave copies in the waiting room at the office.

If Margaret Gragg is interested in geneology, I'd love to communicate with her.  I rarely run across anyone with that last name. One of my gggggrandmother's, (not sure how far back, 1700's) name was Margaret Gragg she married Benjamin Kimzey.  They came from Scotland to Lord Baltimore's Colony, I believe in Maryland, in the 1700's. .  I'd love to find a link to the Gragg's.  Thanks.

Margaret Gragg is the daughter of Harold and Addie Colyer.  Addie and my grandpa Johnson were cousins.  Doubt that Margaret has a computer, but she's sure in the phone book.

     Try this one
  During a terrible hurricane, the rising water made a man fearful as he watched from his front porch. Soon a boat came by and oftered to take him to safety. "No" he said, "I'll wait here. "If I'm in trouble, the good Lord will provide." Soon he had to climb to the second floor. Another boater saw him in his window and offered to rescue him, but no, he stayed. "The good Lord will provide" he said. The swirling waters continued to rise and he had to climb up on his roof. Soon a helicopter hovered and a rescuer dropped a basket down to him. Wavering a bit, he almost climbed into it. "Nope," he said, "I have faith." "The good Lord will provide."       He drowned.      He arrives at the gate dripping and confused . "Why," he asked, "Did you let me die." "I had complete faith that you would save me." A  big booming voice answered, "Who do you think sent two boats and a helicopter?"
