My cousin Chrissie (clewis, Theresa's daughter) is having a baby boy.

They are having a hard time choosing names.

Their daughter's name is Corbyn Jade, and they want thier son's initials to be J. C.

So far, the name both she and her husband agree upon is Jaydon Cole, but Jaydon is such a popular name right now, she's hesitant to use it.

Can you help her think of some potential names???

don't know what the last name is, but Clark or Cory are  "c" middle names that would go with several of the suggestions and aren't names used a lot right now.  Kinda like Jason Cory  - modifying cause see that darla and I posted at the same time and she came up with Clark.  Surely out of all these suggestions, your cousin can get some ideas.  Might add I have a great-grandson named Jaden Lewis but the middle name is Lewis which was my late husband's name.

No Lewis' in Kansas. My relation is through Riggs - Taylor - Reynolds, as is my cousin's. She married into being a Lewis, but I'm not sure where thier line stems from. I believe most of his family is here in the Northwest.

Maybe she'll do more than just read the posts, and indulge us a little ;) (hint hint)

The other night on the phone, Chrissie, you asked me what "J" names were in the family...

James (1842, 1872, 1861, 1869, 1883, 1888, 1931, 1950-ish)
Jeremiah (1830)
John (1810, 1822, 1859, 1877)
Johnny (1902)
Josiah (1882)
Joseph (1893)

Nothing too exciting there. I'm still trying to find my baby name book.

Oh,

I take back the note about no Lewis' on our side...

My Great Grandma, Flora Edith (Reynolds) Taylor's Aunt, Rose Reynolds, married a John H. Lewis.

Also, Flora's mother, Armilda (Mittie) Jane (Taylor) Reynolds had a second husband with the last name Lewis. Don't know anything else about that though.

BTW... Different lines of Taylors. Don't worry, I'm not my own grandma, or anything like that!!! LOL
