Searched Janet's Posts under her name, then searched for Wesley Hospiital

It there by chance a room number. Here at St Francis the volunteers take care of patients mail and they go by room #.

Janet said in her post that they go by name because they move the patients to different areas and this works for them.  I suppose if he was to stay on one floor or area for a long period a number would be used.
