Good afternoon.
I have been pondering what to do with bits and pieces of soap bars that are too little to use, but still are to big to throw away.

Does anyone know of a way, besides throwing them away, how to melt them or soften them so a body can use the leftovers.

We reuse anything we can and I have saved about a coffee can (small one) full of those pieces of soap.

I had chopped.......ok whittled pieces of soap and put in a net bag and tried to wash with it.......the netting was ok, the soap, just didn't do the job.

so, are any of you ready to share their home remedies with us.?
Figured with all the years and varied people on here someone should have a good idea.

Thanks for your help.

Hugs and God bless,
Judy
Today, I want to make a difference.

I put my slivers in a plastic bag, add a little water and squeeze until the slivers meld together.  I then open the bag, let it set open until the liquid has evaporated.  What I have then is a larger sliver that is easier to handle.
