Do you have the peace of sins forgiven, and a hope beyond the grave? We need to be prepared to meet God before it is too late. Are you ready? If you died today, do you know if you would make it to heaven?

The heart of the Gospel Message of salvation is found in the Holy Bible in John 3:16.

John 3:16:

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

You can become a child of God and inherit eternal life in heaven when you die. Ask Jesus to save you today.

Romans 3:23:

All have sinned and come short of the glory of God.

Then where will those that reject Gods plan of Salvation go to get their wages? The answer: Hell!

Psalm 9:17:

The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.

Romans 6:23:

For the wages of sin is death: but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Matthew 10:28:

And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul; but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

Romans 5:8:

But God demonstrates His love toward us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Are we saved by good works? The answer: No!

Ephesians 2:8,9:

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.

James 2:10:

For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.

How to be saved:

Romans 10:9:

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God has raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

To accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, ask Him into your heart and He will save your soul!

"Lord Jesus, I am a sinner. Forgive me of all my sins! I repent of my sins. I believe you died on the cross and rose from the dead on the third day for me. I now receive you as my personal Lord and Savior! In Jesus' name I pray, Amen!"

Always remember Jesus loves you and that Satan was defeated at the cross!!!

God bless you!!!!

Greetings markhoward .
I see that you have lived all your life in Costa Mesa, CA .
And you have never had the privilage of stepping on Kansas soil or ever been in our small country town.
Once again proves how beneficial computers are.
You can type in all or part of your name and find all kinds of places to "spread your word".

Hi Teresa,

I have been to beautiful Kansas.  I attended Fort Hays State University in the early 80's. My dormmate in Hays was a true farm boy! I stayed with his family on their farm in Johnson, Kansas. The people in Kansas are really nice!!!! I HAVE GOOD MEMORIES OF PEOPLE!!! They called me the California kid in college. I ran cross country and track at FHSU. I enjoyed running on the country farm roads with no traffic jams or smog!!

Tke care!

Hi Janet,

Thank you for your kind words! If I ever visit Howard, Kansas you will have to give me a tour of the jail. My brother is a police officer in Huntington Beach, California. A great beach to catch a wave!!! I was a surfer dude in Jr. high school.

Take care!!!

So, MarkRHoward, you went to college at Fort Hays.  I went there once to watch a track meet in the 70's.  We thought it was a night track meet and it was a day track meet, so this girl who wanted to go and I drove all the way from Emporia, kansas, to Hays, Kansas, and turned right around and went back to Emporia.  Long trip to two little freshmen girls who had never been to Fort Hays University before.  Thanks for writing back and letting me know that your brother is a police officer.  I will keep him and you in my prayers.  As we all know, a law enforcment officer gets killed almost everyday in these United States of ours.  Law enforcement officers need our prayers as do all our citizens, our military, our poor, our homeless, etc.  Stay in touch, california kid.

Welcome , Mark Howard, to the forum.   How nice it is you got to spend some time in our great state in your college years.
I have to tell you, how bazarr it is that your last name is also the name of our small town.   funny thing , huh ?
I also lived in Ca. in my younger years, as a child and a jr higher....was a beach bunny/surfer myself.   Not a very good one, but it was a challenge, one I enjoyed.  :)   I guess you now are on the forum, to spread your word, and try to connect with some you may have met during your time here.  ?   I welcome you, and wish you all the best, in your endeavors.   The country roads you once ran, in Ks.  are stll the same, gravel, and dust, and quiet and with out traffic.  :)  ~Blessed Be~

Hi Lorie,

What city in Califormia did you live in? I loved the people, small country towns, farm roads, nice blue skies and the much slower pace of Kansas! I could sell my home in Calif and buy a nice country house in Howard Kansas. I think the cold winters would take some time to get used to! My wife Kirsten would have to want to move also. I do ministry work full time. I will soon be a pastor. I will finish Bible college soon.

You can visit my ministry web site: www.thewaytoheaven.org  I have enjoyed making new  friends in Howard, Kansas! You country folk are so warm and friendly!

God bless you!
