Diary of A Bible

January...........A busy time for me.  Most of the family decided to read me through this year. 
                      They had me busy the first two weeks.

February..........Clean up time.........I was dusted and put back in place.  My owner did use
                      me for a minute last week.  He had been in an argument.

March..............I had a busy day the first of the month.  My owner was appointed leader of
                      something and he used me.

April................Grandfather visited us.  He kept me on his lap for an hour.  He seems to
                      think more of me than he used to.

May.................I look like a scrapbook.  They stuffed me full of newspaper clippings.

June................One of the girls married.

July.................They put me in a suitcase today.  I guess I will be in the thing a whole month.

August.............Still in the suitcase.  Wish I could get out of here.

September........Back in my old place at last.  Have a lot of company, a bunch of "True Story" and
                       comic magazines on top of me.  Wish they would read me as much.

October............They used me a little today.  One of them is ill.  Right now I am all dusted and on
                        the center table. I think they are expecting the preacher.

November..........Back in my old place. They looked through me for some important papers.

December..........I am all covered with wrapping paper and ribbons.  Can't see daylight.
