Meriden, Conn., Oct. 12--Miss Harriet Shrewsbury, of Elk Falls, Kansas, was married Tuesday, October 12, at The Little Church Around The Corner, to Mr. E. James Gambaro, of New York.  Present were the bride's parents, mr. and Mrs. B. S. Shrewsbury, of ELk Falls, Miss Ruth Ebb, or Boston, Mrs. Frank LaForge, Mr. and Mrs. Will P. Nunzum and Miss Kay Miller, of Virginia, Paul Simonsen, of Washington, Jas. A. Somerville, of Amarillo, Texas and Floyd McCathern of New York.  The newly married couple will make their home in New York, where Mr. Gambaro is established as an architect.

Miss Harriet Shrewsbury is one of the most highly regarded young women of the county, her home for the most of her life.  She may justly claim education, ability, and beauty.  In addition to high school, Miss Shrewsbury attended William Jewell College, Liberty, Missouri, for two years, and finished at State Teachers College, Emporia, Kansas.  The groom is unknown to the home friends of his bride, but they wish to extend to him the heartiest congratulations and best wishes for a long and happy wedded life.
