If you have a spot on your skin that isn't healing or that you are concerned about;

HIE THYSELF OFF TO THE NEAREST DOCTOR AND HAVE IT LOOKED AT.

Today I had a malignant squamous carcinoma removed.  If I had gone to the doctor even 6 months ago it might have been taken care of non-surgically.  I have had this spot for as much as a year and didn't do anything about it.  So I am paying the price.  There will be a scar and even though the lab said the doctor got it all, there will still be the possibility that it will come back or another will appear.  I won't wait the next time.

You're right - you're right - you're right ! ! ! !

I "grow" moles and tags, so I go in every year for a visual check of all of them. Too risky otherwise.

I'm so glad lab said doctor got it all. Best wishes for the future.
